Hi everybody,
has anyone used SIP insurance program and renewed it after the initial contract period?
Currently experiencing a really horrible customer service so I am asking here.
Is it correct that they require around 28.5 euros for the renewal? That's what I had paid when renewing on their website,
but discovered belatedly that they had added only 1 day for the continuation of the insurance.
From what I have experienced SIP never provides phone services for matters such as this, you get redirected everywhere for which I had to top up 20 euros on my prepaid phone, only to hear in the end that they only deal with these kinds of matters through "email". And you have to wait for ages no matter how you title it as urgent.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
