Luckily that time I had a permanent job contract , and they ( Migri ) asked me to apply for a new residence permit and change the grounds from family ties to a work permit

I recently applied for a Permanent residence permit through the online service EnterFinland , I went to a Migri office to prove my identity , and I WAS TOLD that im not eligible to apply for a permanent residence permit

Your current job contract is also permanent?
You can only get P if you are eligible for an A extension.

Is fixed-term contract with 90hrs/3 weeks are considered permanent contract to apply for Permanent Residence as well?

On what grounds was your current A permit issued, and how long is your fixed-term contract?

I started living in Finland with study permit. So, I got my A permit base on work/post study. I got the work permit (A) after I graduated here in Finland. I have been working with the fixed-term contract since June 2022.
