I'm impressed with graphs and predictions here. I'm not the best with those things but I'll give it a shot for mine. Maybe someone with a bit more familiarity on the process could give me a bit of guidance?

Diary over 15.5k
Queue after service point visit in second December 2023: approx. 8.5k
Queue as of second week of March 2024: approx. 7.2k

If queues of 5.5k are getting decisions now and if I moved approx. 1.3k spots in 3 months, even during holidays, it's perhaps safe to assume that 3 months from now I will at least be in the 5.9k queue. Another 400 spots lower in the queue at current rate could perhaps take up to 1 month... So, I'm guessing between end of June - mid July 2024.

This is only looking at the queue number as I do not entirely understand the predictions via diary numbers..
Am I on the right track?

No one can really confirm if you are in a right track or not I have the same pattern with yours and based on that progress, hope that I am in the straightforward track, which would be processed within 5-6 months.

I am following this forum often and I'd like to share my application progress. I applied on May 20, 2022 and still in stage 1, which is over 21 months waiting . I sent Email to Migri and got reply that they are backloged and processing cases in earlier May, 2022. Hopefully the decsion will come soon. I keep updated.

Moved to stage 2 on March 14, 2024, Q number at 135X
still waiting for final decision, I will update one more time when the decsion is made.

Well, it's 21 months passed now and the queue is 155x ... applied in june 2022.
Anyone has any news about 2022 (spring-summer) ?

i have read a few weeks ago here that migri was processing early May 2022 applications, so they will process your application soon i hope

Because most of these 300 people with diary numbers between you 2 got their decision in 6 month-ish.
