That's 100% your fault.
Any bias based on names is comparably tiny, don't whine about racism when you are voluntarily removing yourself from consideration for most jobs by not being able to work in the language of your country.
Also for your kids, if they want to work or study in Finland then good Finnish skills will be far more important than whatever tiny bias they might experience in their lives.
