PR for entrepreneurs

Hey

Someone who has A type work permit as cleaner , lived here for 5 years and Recently he couldn’t find job as cleanr and he start have business ID and start delivery food then he applied for PR as entrepreneur.

He still have valid residence permit, will he get PR easy or not?
He is working full time and his salary is over 2200€ for per month for almost one year working,

He doesn’t have any criminal records, or any problems in finland but he doesn’t find any work during this year of working as delivery food

If he's eligible for A permit extension as an entrepreneur, then P can be granted.

Do you know how much required for income as Entrepreneur ?

I know for most of jobs is 1400€ per monthly in 2024, but in migri website they dont write anything about Entrepreneur Income

According to ELY-center’s administrative practice the approximate income, that can be considered to secure the livelihood of an individual has been the Finnish Immigration Service’s general guideline on livelihood, which the ELY-center will apply as follows from 1.11.2024 onwards. General guideline on income is approximately 15 000€ per year. This income is calculated from net income, which mean the remaining income after payments of taxes.

My PR application now in stage 2 since 1 December 2024, they sent me email to send some additional information,
And i sent it the next day.
So does anyone know how long it take to move to stage 3 and get decision ?
