PR as Entrepreneur

I applied for PR as Entrepreneur on January 2024
On 1 December 2024 they send me email to ask about my trips history and bank statements and i sent it already the next day and now my application in process, how long it take to get My decision

My PR application as an entrepreneur has been in “in progress” stage since Oct, 4.
No requests for additional information or anything since then, so probably, the answer to your question is - no one knows.
But let’s update our info about the processes here.

Ohh that’s so long, when have you been applying for it ?
I was applying on January 2024, and they actually asked me for travel history also and they said they will ask the border as well, so probably they are waiting for border response.

I also applied in January and have voluntarily updated my travel history every couple of months

Ok i understand,
We are totally same situation, but the maximum time is January 2025, so lets see next month,
But some people saying if you have speed tickets, they will probably delay your application to complete 2 years without any tickets,
Hopefully we got decision next month

Just want ask you if you get any response from migri ?

I just checked process times for PR in migri website and they said it’s 10 months, so surprise why it took so long time to get decision, i have been now 1 year waiting

Hi, my application is now also without a decision for over a year and when I check the processing times in migri calculator, it says that the processing of my application is taking longer, than expected.

I will wait for another month and in case I don’t hear anything from them, I call them.

Do you have any plans about contacting them or just wait for your decision?

They are saying, you can make complaints to
Kantelu eduskunnan oikeusasiamiehelle
They might help you and ask migri to process your application

I have been granted a permanent permit today, have received my decision couple of hours ago.
Keep fingers crossed for you to be granted a permit as well asap.

I was a managing Director in a company (OY) i owned
