I applied for my permanent residence in finland since i am already more than 4years working with A visa, but when the time i applied i only had 25hrs/week permanent contract from one company, and then part time Ocontract from other company, even with zero contract i was given almost full hours, but not every month. Some months i worked 60+hrs/week for the whole month and sometimes just 25. The lady in the appointment told me they require you to have 4years with A visa only and doesnt matter about the contract. Does it mean i dont have to have full time job or full time salary coming in my account every month?

Your situation needs to be such that you would qualify for an A permit extension.

Update for everyone. I applied for P-EU / eu long term residence on 18.03.2025, today 14.4.2025 I was issued with a positive decision.
I had come to Finland with 3 years on EU Blue Card in another EU country, been here for two years approximately.
I had two request for clarification on travel abroad both in Finland and other EU country.
previous application was denied because the time in finland was too short (by a month or so).
