shipping abroad

Post by bmurray » Sat Aug 07, 2004 10:22 pm

Does anyone know a cheap way to ship belongings abroad.
I got a quote from Finnair: €200 for 50kg to Dublin Airport.
The Posti quoted €65 for 35kg to the end address in Ireland, taking up to 15 days.
Surely there's a better deal available than these, any tips are welcomed

I know Viktor Ek does this kind of "top up" thing.

You could try calling them. Ýou may have to wait a while to get a quote, I think they are quite busy this time of year. We are waiting for a quote on 8m3 from Paris to Hki at the moment - as soon as I have the rates I'll let you know.
