Hi!
I am greek living in helsinki and just got myself a job. I am working as a webmaster for a greek company's web site. The company & employer have no offices or activity in finland, i am more like an online employee and i get sent my salary via bank transfer every month. THUS I was wondering if i will have to pay any taxes to the finnish state (is that KELA?) I am now making my application for a residence permit and i wonder about it...Thanks!!

Ohhh.... headache. The tax office will be interesting to see what they answer. "telecommuting" isn't exactly a known profession yet. It can be seen as some sort of "foreign income" such as royalties etc. Rest assured they'll want their pound of flesh.
And do tell what they said.
