Selling my car from uk, Need HeLp!

I moved to finland last summer and drove an old 1978 model MG from the UK, It was a great trip. The car is now in storage for the winter.

Now i have some interest in the car and am looking to sell it. The only problem is when i moved over to finland i just drove here without looking into any import fees or anything legal like that! I know, a bit stupid, but hey. If i am to sell it, rather than drive it back to the uk in the summer, what do i need to take care of first? The car still has british plates. Any advice would be great, Thanks.

Right Hand drive..
OK one can live with that...
But to register it in Finland it has to go through a Check/katsastaa moottoriajoneuvo....it has to comply with Finnish traffic laws.
One Big problem....
The Lights point the wrong way....I do not think a vintage MG lights will adjust enough...that means finding left hand drive lights for a vintage MG car...not easy..
There is thread somewhere where guy manged to find lights in Belguim..but that was not for a vintage MG.

I am not being funny..but have you thought of offering to sell it to the Espoo Motor Museum.

You could also try the museum for spare parts (eg lights) the guys in there would know where you can get them. A friend of ours "stored" his car (a Morgan) there temporarily until he moved back to the UK.

"John" up in Elimäki has a MG - I think he might know about the parts. Also he'd know about the tax stuff.
