So Olly predictions for tomorrows game with my boys

I am going to go 2-1 to the addicks Di Canio scoring from coming on as a sub and RVN getting Utd's only goal

I will be praying for that result.

2-0 United. Although with our injuries and a lack of decent replacement squad players. I'll be not displeased with an away draw.

Chelsea to sign WLM's favourite player from FIFA U-17 World Championship Finland 2003?

Have Man Utd found their own dodgy foreign Billionaire ?

Don't get ME involved in this. Unless you had the irony button on and I just didn't spot it...

I didn't rate the kid that much. Otalvaro (Colombia) was my tip for the top. Remember where you heard it first.

Permanently switched on my irony button

I was referring to this:
WLM wrote:Here's a quiz for the literate footie fans among us.

What Shakespeare play title sums up the performance of the 14-year-old American against Brazil in the U-17s?

Clue: it's a problem comedy.

Actually a bit unfair, as he couldn't really be expected to do it all on his own, although to read some of the stuff in the press you'd think he walks on water.

Oh. Right. Yes, I see the little blue light now. :)

Forssell had a good début. Interesting situation there: the better he plays, the more goals he knocks in, the more Birmingham will want to buy him and the more reluctant Chelsea will be to part with their property. He fitted in nicely and was even seen tackling back occasionally - not something he's particularly famed for.

Yep since moving to Helsinki i've been attending most of Finlands home games and i've been very impressed with Forssell when he's played. Finlands problem seems to be its midfield (or lack of it) and i've felt sorry for Forssell in these games as he works his socks off and just doesn't get the support or service.

Personally I think the loan spell at Birmingham will do him more favours than time at Borussia Mönchengladbach. I agree he's going to become invaluable to Birmingham over the coming season, but your right, Steve Bruce will have trouble persuading Chelsea to flog him a player who's just proved he can score 15+ premiership goals in a mediocre team.

It will be interesting to compare his goal tally to Crespo's and Hasselbainks at the end of the season also.

That Mutu's looked a hell of a buy though eh?

I dislike both religiously bigotted Glasgow clubs. Celtic and United used to have a good relationship in the past, but recent visits by Celtic to Old Trafford have knocked that on the head. (Ryan Giggs's Testimonial especially). Plus any team that sings "You'll never walk alone" will never get my support

Hmmm Canal Digital still in the pipeline for me at the moment unfortunately, I didn't get to watch last nights game. Hopefully next month I should be dished up and subscribed :D Maybe now United have bought a Finnish player, Nelonen might show some of our matches (I wish  )

The situation here in finland is starting to get ridiculous now, first there is no coverage of Irish international football, or English, scottish, (only welsh since finland were in thier group) in the irish pubs, and sports academy were showing some swedish nonsense game while rangers, man U, chelsea, real madrid were all playing champions league. I'm starting to go crazy, following football is about the only decent distraction going and you can't even do that here. You guys seem to be well into it, what is the secret, is there some place to watch decent champions league, international games, rugby...etc
i???
