Finnish citizens do get state support and are sent to courses when they are not employed. Those courses are usually deemed to improve their employability, just like a Finnish language course improves unemployed immigrants' conditions.

Are there many genuine, good, people who want to integrate and want a better life of whatever skin colour? Yes, of course. But the UN etc. has no problem talking about protecting native cultures, you mention protecting European Culture? = Facist.
