Anybody applied for Finnish citizenship in 2009 and got it?

Since you're quoting the "refugee" line stats, did "all the papers" include passport from your current national authority?
(maybe yours did, but that is the main reason why those are in their own slow line)

My application was in police about 5 monthes !

You need to start counting from the date your application was received by migri. If you had a clear case, it wouldn't have taken so long.

May be you are , but what difference does it make , even if you are a professor, if there is no enough places.

Observation 1: Why didn't you go to Canada in the first place?
Observation 2: Citizenship can be denied if the applicant is seeking it to gain its benefits like having a Finnish passport to travel elsewhere (in your case Canada).
Observation 3: If you were good in the specialty of your degree, you'd definitely find a place or else why would universities recruit people from outside Finland?!

and last one , your lack of education shows that you dont even know that universities do not recruit students from another countries, its called student exchange programme !

I see, so all foreigners studying and working at universities here are on an exchange program!! You're just trying to find excuses to why you're not getting a place.

There is no need to show your unnecessary aggro in this forum. If you have all the information then why are you here on the first place? Or are you looking for....a friend?
Finnish citizenship is a privilege and you work for it all the way up. Your refugee status is also a privilege here, and you should be thankful this privilege has protected you from being a target practice or being a guinea pig for ammunition testing in your backyard.
