My husband got the decision this week

04.11.2018 Applied online
05.11.2018 Proved Identity
27.03.2019 Receive Positive decision.

Overall all it took few days less than 5 months. It seems like the queue is progressing on normal speed (approx 5 months)

Haha ! My decision is finally ready but I am out of Finland now so they have held it until I return back in April They had asked me my passport and sent me the passport the same day they received because of my trip So you can assume it took around 7.5 month in total (which I suppose is not bad for this season)

How they "held" a decision ? Like do you get a "stage 3" decision
Is ready or they keep you on stage 2 until you're back ?

They are keeping me on Stage 2 until I am back. Thanks

What did you mean?

I just said what other previous comments from the beginning mentioned . Not only Asian countries but other countries too might get the decision fast and that's nice for sure I didn't say anything new and i wish all the best for everyone

Any news?
My residence permit will end soon, I called to Migri to find out what to do, they said that they would give my question to the worker who is considering my case, but they advised me to apply for a new residence permit.

Is better you apply for your RP , i have all 2 application in,RP 9 months now nothing, it just moved to stage 2 last week ,Citizenship 6-month now nothing.

They have my ticket so they know when am i gonna be back but I will send the confirmation email once I am back in Finland.

Ok guys ! So I came back to Finland yesterday and emailed my officer that I have come back to Finland. So today around 8:30 am, I have been granted Finnish citizenship Good luck to all those who are waiting
