Interesting that your application is in processing (from 1 September) but Auringon_kukka from mid August is not yet (hopefully soon!).

And hopefully you also get your citizenship decision soon
But I’m still going to make complaints, so that I could be compensated (not for the sake of compensation, but for making Migri improve their services), as service level of 2,1/5 is pretty bad for such an important service

Slowpokes from Migri have answered my message about when my decision is going to be ready. I have sent it when the processing has begun and here is the message that I got today, 2 days after receiving the citizenship:

This is very good proof for a complaint to the Ombudsman. They are required to go beyond a generic answer.
