Thank you, Miti. Your words of advice really help me out a lot.  I see what you mean. And by the way, I just found out that I didn't get accepted, not yet anyway, into any of the colleges, American or otherwise, that I applied to a few months back--and so I'm gonna have to spend a little time next year at a local community college in my city to make up some more math classes that I should have probably taken a long time ago. :? But I guess that I can do it, even though it might very well put off me moving back to Finland for as much as a year. I hadn't wanted this to happen. But it's in my fate, you see...and as a hardcore fatalist, I believe that this, as well as everything else, has happened for a reason. So now I'll have a little bit of additional studying after high school under my belt when I begin to apply to colleges, such as that Oulu University, in Finland. :P Oh, and just to be on the safe side, I'm doing what someone reccomended to me that I do--this afternoon I'm mailing my application for a residence permit to those people in Helsinki, and hopefully after mailing it I'll hear some kind of reply from them soon. :( I hope. Anything, I guess, can help me now, at least a little bit.
