Yes, but I also inherited inheritance tax as well as having to pay out my sisters, all that is cash money I had to take a bank loan to cover. :evil: Not to mention the house is also a money pit after being let rot for 40 odd years... and the 3 cars, a dozen or so old oil barrels & miscellaneous junk such as about 20 old car batteries not to mention tyres won't just mysteriously "disappear" - with the current recycling charges anyways.

And then there are priorities - an outhouse from ca. 1947 where the lighting comes from the cracks in the planks makes one ask if the forebears rather shat in the woods...

So if someone asks why its not painted... need to let the old paint drop off first :twisted:
