Last year on Halloween I had a baby, this year we're having a party
I'm orginally from Minnesota and have rather fond memories of my childhood Halloweens...that was before theTylenol scare. you know. So, I'll be carving a pumpkin with the bigger (5,7) kids and dressing everyone up and making a cake for the baby.
We sure do get a lot of compliments on the Jack O Lantern from the neighbours:)

Hi Angie,
Enjoy the party this year!
I have a brother living in Minnesota fot the past 10 years and had the pleasure of visiting that beautiful State once back in 1995.
I spent a week in Duluth and a week in the Twin cities, and have to get back for a longer vist next time!
I am not young enough to know everything.

Oh my gosh Angie where are you from in MN? I am from the small crap town of Park Rapids and went to University in St. Cloud.
What a small world.

At Halloween (actually a day later) we go to the cemeteries to comemorate our dear dead ones. We lit candles and the hills look solemn and silent.

we'll be celebrating halloween (and birthdays at the same time) on all hallow's eve... any idea whether there are any bars in Helsinki who have a Halloween night or something?!?!
would be nice to go somewhere where we (zombies, vampires and the like) will not be too out of place

So who's dressing up today?
I hope I'll have the energy to dress up after I help a friend move today- looks like I got tricked instead of treated!

Jess and I dressed up on Wednesday as we had a Halloween party in the kindergarten!
I was a black cat, though I was most annoyed to see some visiting children thought I made a better rabbit!
