Our son's school uses these books also. I'm wondering just how many we'll have at the end of 6 years, given that even in 1st grade there were 2 books. The second one (1b!) was slightly more advanced and came in spring. Plenty of home work exercises and extra work which we really need at the moment: maths is definitely NOT his favourite subject
