Fish oil - oily fish... difference is if the good outweighs the bad. But it doesn't help Seanos dilemma when the person weighing says the price ;)

well in his case, the cheapest would be to buy a fishing rod n bait to go fishin' at the Lauttasaari bridge!!! :wink: :roll:

I bought some refrigerated fish in Asian shops in Hakaniemi. Once they had sword fish steaks for 9€/kilo. Although the bad luck is that I saw them only once there.

Lidl used to have very good flounder filets some years ago, now it is just pollack of different origins.

One buys a float + hook, digs up some worms, and goes and fishes off the nearest peer for a couple of hours.

This is probably the cheapest, and most polluted option :)
