I just hope we both qualify and we get put in the same group at the championships, that would be excellent!
I was more hoping that we get a Finland v England Final!!!
or do i need to go visit a doctor?

Hoping is always allowed and does not need a doctor. Besides, England may not qualify for the final!

Can't Mclaren see that he has the best crosser of the ball in the world (so say all the pundits) and the worlds tallest man, it's not rocket science.
Then i find out Beckham isn't playing!!! WTF, he's the only player who plays with 110% commitment. I'd rather have him in than Gerard who can't play for England and Lampard who can't play with Gerard.
(i'm not a huge Beckham fan by the way i just admire his commitment to England)
Could be a nail biting evening.......
Beckham was looking a bit off the pace the other day, but SWP is very hit and miss - so it's a gamble in many senses. I'm sure Beckham will be coming on after halftime.
So, a Carson blunder, Shaun Wright-Phillips missing an open goal, and England go out? The press wouldn't know where to begin - they'd probably just combust with rage.

Finland v England
Best keep your eyes glued to text-TV and the Serbia-Poland game before making rash predictions based on these two scorelines...
It might be
Portugal 1 Finland 1 (Portugal gifted soft goal in 5th minute of injury time as Finns hear Serbs are three up).

It wasn't really a "Rash" prediction more like a little humour on my part! how about this i just read from the bbc website -
When asked what his favourite cheese is, Stevie Gerrard replied: 'Erm, I dunno... melted cheese'
well i suppose he doesn't get paid for his brains !

Kazakhstan at home on a European league day (any more from UEFA on this, or are they hoping they won't have to say anything?) might not be such a picnic...especially if the weather is still wild. But hopefully it will all be settled in Finland's favour this evening

Oh yes, I hadn't thought of that... you mean they'll lose the Vidices and so on.. or would they? I mean would Manure kick up a huge fuss at his playing (if he's fit and not under suspension)?

As far as I've heard, it will be up to the clubs to decide whether or not they realise the players. UEFA/FIFA have no powers to demand the players be released as the international...err, window...has passed.
