Just a little hint - if the sauce isn't too liquid, you can replace the cannelloni tubes with fresh lasagne sheets. I use them for a herbed pork and veal cannelloni recipe and they work out great. At a guess "nozzle" is the word... or piping bag (in fact most piping bags come with a choice of nozzles). But you could stuff all the stuff into a plastic bag and then slice the corner off and use that for piping. Spoon is fine.sammy wrote:

I bet it was worth it. Now, I imagine the cannelloni disappearing from the plate in a matter of a couple of minutes.
