Salon Noir was really good. its on Kalevankatu 6 just across the road from Torni tower. I was a bit confused when i first went in, i thought it was like... a resturant, but its a wine bar and a hair salon. All of the staff have lived and worked over seas, they all speak english as well, apparently they speak about 7 different languages but i didnt ask what they where. They also have exsperiance with different nationalities hair since mine with rather thick and wavy and ther service is great (coffee, wine, beautiful salon decor). They where super professional.

So, few years later, same question: where's better to do hair in Helsinki? Mostly interested in naturally-looking high quality coloring. Price does not matter that much, as was mentioned above, quality does.
Is Thehair, Redken loft still a good choice?

Free hair treatment up to 70 euros

Description
You will call the hair salon to make an appointment for shampooing and brushing with Kérastase products. During your visit, the hairdresser might propose to apply a masque/ conditioner or a leave in product, in this case you must accept. Before you agree on the hair product to be applied on your hair: please make sure that it is a Kérastase product. The main goal of the visit is to evaluate the customer service as well as the cleanliness and state of the hair salon. As proof of visit you MUST obtain a receipt. You must ask for the price of the service beforehand and try to stay within budget.

Particularities
You must be a woman and at least 25 years old. You should not have hair which is too short, too long nor too frizzy.
