When applying into a finnish university (like HSE or Hanken) you are automatically accepted to complete both your Bachelor's and Master's degree (atleast for the time being). However, you don't have to do your Msc right after the Bsc, you can for example apply to another university or work for a few years (informing the uni of your status as "poissaoleva" meaning away) and then after a few years change your status to "läsnäoleva" (present) and do your Msc.
In terms of recognition, I'd say that the Msc degree is still better acknowledged in Finland (as the practice in accepting students to do both their Bsc&Msc degree at the same time shows), but of course things change..
