Dentists are in demand,but they should be proficient in finnish and undergo a lengthy process to get their diplomas approved by local authorities and this will include working in the public sector,and only after that they can operate their own practises.

And if its non-EU degrees then you need to go back to the University here probably to formalize the education. EU-degrees get accepted as such. As said there isn't a language requirement for EU medical professionals, but thats still required from non-EU's. So its not up to "chance" really but load of hard work.
