To the OP...if you are "experimental"...I would try some of those non-sweet Maille mustrads....and there are lots of other great European mustards.... Even Finnish mustard... :D ...it's OK but a bit too sweet, I think.... :D :D
I was scarred by early exposure to American-style mustard. I was well into adulthood before I realized it wasn't the world standard and that, globally speaking, most mustard is actually a tasty addition to many sandwiches or salads.


As he persisted, I was obliged to tootle him gently at first and then, seeing no improvement, to trumpet him vigorously with my horn.
