Then again, not sorting out the issue fast is guarantee to see kid ending up kicked out because other parents will NOT tolerate their kids being abused either.

I do agree that she maybe needs some more stimulation at her daycare, specially because of the language issue probably she cant interact the way she wants with other kids.
If you have the possibility and they allow you, maybe you can also go with her some days few hours to the kindergarten. You can try to play with her and other kids. If she bites to anyone in front of you, you can tell her firmly not do do it, ignore her for some time, and try that she makes some positive actions with her mates (saying sorry if she bites, hugging etc..).
I don't know in Espoo, but in Helsinki in some kindergartens they are some groups for those kids who have problems speaking Finnish or have just arrived to Finland.
Anyway, be patience and good luck.
