I called to the administrative court to ask about time but he said ' I cannot say the time, probably it can go 2,3 months more. But average processing time is 7 months as they showed me. Now i have a feelings i did mistake by appealing. Better reapply .....!

Do you mind to tell us why your RP application was refused or negative result? are u married or just cohibite ? how long your relationship with ? is your sponsor Finn or not ..etc. So it will help us to see your case and give you some advices. Also it will give new info for readers.

The main reason migri stated was means of support to. I am married.
So i appealed to the administrative court.I have now no permanent job, however, I earn average 1300 e in a month from different works.Similarly, one Finn couple is strongly supporting me and they have submitted the paper stating that they are supporting me financially until my situation get better if I need. But I am sure that I never have to ask with anyone to support me. My wife has more than enough money for her one year residing in Finland that also has been submitted. I am just waiting the decision.

So your sponsor RP is mean Non Finn, because the main reason refused was Financial.
And I assumption your sponsor is your wife. What kind of RP your wife has now ? Permanent, type A or type B? Did she has work or not ? from where she has money `? you didnt mention from where she got enough money.

As you are in processing of appealing RP, you dont have status legal yet to work. Without RP, you cant work at this country. Showing your income 1300e per month, will make a question mark for migri or police. Its mean you already break the law, doing illegal work. The person that must showing enough income is your sponsor is your wife. Or if you want to show your financial, you can show from asset, saving money but not from working here.

Honestly my opinion, you wouldnt get a positive result. Im so sorry to tell u this. But this is just my opinion, maybe im right , but maybe not. Lets see. Your situation is so complicated.

Your situation is so complicated.
No, not at all. Foreign (non EU) couple without jobs and not studying. No reason to grant a RP.
My wife has more than enough money for her one year residing in Finland
Only 1 year, and you expect to get a residence permit to stay indefinably?
Similarly, one Finn couple is strongly supporting me and they have submitted the paper stating that they are supporting me financially until my situation get better if I need.
Unfortunately that has no value. If you get an RP, you can call on social services if need be. They cannot deny you because of the promise from a couple.
If they decide to kick you out (when the appeal is denied) they might try to collect the airline fee from your friends because of this promise.
Its mean you already break the law, doing illegal work.
Indeed. Not a good point if your first application is already rejected.

Probably i could not make you clear and you wrote in random basis. I have a continue RP n going to apply for PR soon. my spouse is from NON-EU country. My spouse has enough or required amount of money with her bank( which was submitted to migri) that she can bring once she get RP to live for one yr in Finland. I earned approximately 1300 e/ month. But my job is not permanent in nature n whenever Finn companies need , they give a call and i go to work. I had applied RP on my spouse behalf. Migri decided no enough means of support with me to support my spouse in Finland when she/he arrives in Finland. In this case Finn couple is strongly supporting me! even nowadays they ask me if i need economic support. But I hope and believe that I never need to take money from my well wishers. I hope i could make you clear now! Now I need concrete answers from the people who knows well ! Thanks once again to readers !

Your situation is clear to me (and so it seems also to migri).
I can only repeat my previous answer.
