It's not a job agency, it's a consluting firm. And from their home page look it seems to be a small one. And what's wrong with the word coder? Yes, koodari means coder (no "roughly translates"), although I prefer kooderi. You can also use programmer, engineer, whatever... but coder is fine. I would guess they use it to "talk" to potential recruitees, although the "koodari" is very much in conflict with the picture they have there, looks more like a business consultant to me.
