Landlord wants copy of keys.. But Housing company has!

Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

Are you 100% sure? We are talking about permanently drilling an extra hole to the door after all: Most of the people most of the time would probably consider a door with a second lock more valuable than one without, but can that be taken for granted in every case?

Rowhouses are apartments. You do not own the structure as such, but shares which permit you to control it. And as OP has noted, there is housing COMPANY which has keys. IE, Oy Asunto Ab, which actually owns the brick and mortar, which IIRC includes front door.

A) Do you think a tenant can drill an extra hole to the door Without a lock and not get billed for that?
B) In a housing company, isn't this one of the many things you need a prior company approval nowadays? Approval the shareholder must request?
