Internally the system has a retarded or advanced function when its expressed into another language, thereby thinking in another way.Whatever it does in Finnish i dont know.

Exceptions to rules generally considered the effective solution.

Counting exceptions to the given rules is showing the retardation or advancement.
I know you have given me the stick about using the word but its an effective word in anycase. Its use has nothing to do with actual intelligence but rather where and when the spark strikes and its effect on the motors current dealings. After all the spark is still the spark no matter when or where.
In short the system is looking after itself.

For example
The remedy of strict discernment in Finland of immigrants is the ability for poliisi to observe the economy of immigrants using the banking system(which is hard to get by world standards).
Thereby , the vacuum of failed or completed immigration bank accounts could be filled by "Sell or bow down their marginalized existence to 3rd world clampers , cartels and other cheese cutter launderers for the quick buck".

The system as a whole has many exceptions that " only look after the system ".

Let me be more explicit this time. Five employers is not a statutory requirement. You will not find it in the relevant act or government degree:

Even the Vero instructions only say that you need to have multiple employers: "Tulonsaajat, joilla oman ilmoituksensa mukaan on useita palkan- tai palkkionmaksajia samanaikaisesti, saavat Verohallinnosta freelancer-verokortin."

That is exactly what my husband said. But hey, don't shoot the messenger, I am merely repeating what Vero told all of us at the session:

There were quite a few raised eyebrows and I did raise my hand and ask if it was a new rule, as I had never heard it before. I also asked about the time frame i.e. did they mean five employers in a year or five employers simultaneously. There were plenty of people there who could confirm the conversation.

I guess the Vero representative might have been making it all up as she went along :? But it's probably more a case of them trying to discourage people from using the freelance tax card because, like I said, they lose a cash flow advantage. In practice, there is not much they can do to prevent anyone and everyone (with more than one employer) from having a freelance tax card.

Anyway, thank you for confirming that I am not breaking the law...
