Yes, but that's highly dependant on the course, its syllabus, and the willingness of the professors (and deans) of the destination university to accept them. I have done univeristy->AMK credit transfer, and I know at least person who've done it the other way around.
Please note that you'll need to be prepared to lose a lot of credit in the transfer process.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

Linneaus University (Sweden) has a program in International Sales/Marketing I'd consider transferring to. HAAGA HELIA on the other hand is a UAS which offers the same program.
