every worker in finland can be expressed through a collective agreement , whether its a binding one or not.
I think that ruling you pulled up is a safety derogation due to the fact that legislators are always one step behind innovation.
i never said there isnt one, i said that a contract negotiation using the legislation is in fact a collective agreement.

A collective agreement is between two associations. The association of the employees and employers. Since we are straying from the original topic and I have trouble understanding your communication, I think this line of discussion can be put on the sidelines from my part.

The only thing i can say which isnt against anything you are reporting is that in a final example of a company and employees being spotlighted in a court hearing , the legal teams will certainly categorize every action of employer/employee and correlate employees to collective agreements.
