Well - the stuff I went out to the airport for cost a bit under 40 euro - for which I paid 5+ VAT (14%). The same - a simple chemical - would have cost 180 here. So the VAT is an insignificant amount compared to the price gouging in Finland.
You see price gouging, someone else would see business opportunity.
