Embarrassing experience at Nordea

I had similar problems with Nordea. Switched to OP and ZERO issues.

Of all those years I used, Nordea this was always the case. Their rules are !"#¤%, their customer care is terrible and on top of it, they are expensive as hell.
Switched to S-Pankki. Nobody asks any question, nobody is rude, and it is totally free.... It sounds like a joke after Nordea...
