Anyone applied for spouse resident permit here around Nov/Dec of 2018. Applied on 12 december 2018 via enterFinland. Still waiting to be processed. Anyone applied around same time and got any response/ additional request or at least got into processing started status ?

Above is my case. Still waiting for the decision. most of people said that 3 weeks after additional information provided, there would be a decision made, however mine is still pending. I do not know why. I' am sick of waiting.

I think it is not about nationality or anything, but based on the papers you submitted, they are trained very well to connect the dots, each case is very different .... I thought its gonna take long, my wife applied from Africa and it took just a week, actually 7 working days from date of identification at the embassy to positive decision..

Never know... They sent questions for me too and after that
they ask my wife go to interview... Anyway... I got my wife
to finland at last

- When met first time, where, why, who introduced, used money for meeting purposes, history of life together, do I know anything about my wife relatives, have I met them etcetcetcetc....

I got 35 questions to answer. After that, they ask almost same questions from my wife at Bangkok, Fin embassy...

where did you meet, how many times, why and when did you get married, did you have a wedding and what kind of wedding, where did you live together and so on.. kinda same questions from the original applicaton and little extra

i approved my identity on 11 april 2019
i noticed that i put wrong information and it has different answer with my husband so made suplement docs to fix it.
and when i was in the embassy i was asked to signature one paper with my pic on it and i already did it and submit it on enter finland before i came to the embassy to proved the identity.
and i didnt say anything to them. so i have 2 papers of that.

is it gonna make the decision rejected?
i am very worry everytime i remember that.

If it is only some minor thing, don't be afraid... My wife answered "wrong" for 2 question too, (on Fin-Thai-embassy,) but everything goes ok anyway...

<Update for my case> I have just received the positive decision today from Migri. So, exact 8 and a half months of waiting. Wish everyone got the same result like me. Good luck all.

I have a question, does the embassy inform applicants that the residence permit card has arrived or how does that go?
