 It was painful enough sitting at home watching...how was it (At least the Chinese was top-drawer  ).

Other news:
Fulham and Bolton doomed.
Charlton back in the play-off hunt.
FA Cup final might actually be entertaining this year.

Pulsating stuff tonight. Nice to see Sami get on the end of one like that, just after he'd re-signed for another year, and he had a pretty decent game all round, though he did get completely lost when Adebayor was through against Reina and shot wide. Basically Liverpool mugged the Arse - Gooners were all over them like a rash for twenty minutes and looked good for 3-0, but I guess you can never rule out that Anfield roar.

Now to take Fat Frank and co. to the cleaners.

I thought the pool were second in both games. Granted after they scored last night they had the arse on the back foot but like MJ, they won the tie on bad ref decisions. The only highlight of the whole game was Walcott's run, amazing . Id be well and truly gutted if I was a gooner, they have been robbed.

Walcott´s amazing run was soooooooo awesome, especially as he was the only English player for the Gunners too :D . Shame Venger is just moaning about the ref today, giving that penalty. Can´t he admit, that they were outplayed?
Anyway, the best match I have watched lately has to have been the amazing 4-1 defeat of Spurs by a renewed Newcastle. I was screaming at them it was so exciting! The worst matches I watched lately were both Reading & Fulhams losses last weekend. Can´t believe I even stayed awake!

Man City, nice result yesterday. The commentators were blaming James for the first goal, i thought it was Sol's fault. They gave you a real game of it even with 10 men, although Benjani played a blinder. Hart is looking very promising although a few of his saves are 'for the cameras' but he's pretty good. Will you keep Svennis?

Birmingham, looking desperate (i'm biased though i want Fulham and Reading to stay up)
Bolton 32pts Spuds, Sunderland, Chelsea 1pt?
Reading 32pts Wigan, Spuds, Derby 4pts?
Brum 31pts Liverpool, Fulham, Blackburn 1pt?
Fulham 27pts City, Brum, Pompey 4pts?

I'm just hoping Pompey save players for the cup final and Fulham get 6pts (obviously having beaten you as well) looks like you could be going down John, hopefully taking Bolton with you.

Salopian is sh*tting it with Villa on fire in the hunt for the 5th spot. It's a big 'un on sunday. Then you up for a beer at 3.30 on the 4th.

I'll just be happy if we beat Derby 8-0 on my birthday!

I'm back to the UK wednesday, so going to watch the city-fulham game. and i totally agree with you on Joe Hart, great keeper but also not so camera shy :? I can't see how fulham will survive i'm afraid, but certainly looks like Bolton have got it right somehow, they looked dead afetr a few recent hammerings and the 3-2 defeat by arsenal after being 2-nil to the good!Birmaing ham have to hope liverpool save players and that they beat fulham.
