I have been reading this forum for a while out of intrest and i had to register just for this. This story just dont seem right. I calling !"#¤% on this one.

here some answers to some comments i have read here :

i did not go to school to study finnish because i had a horrible wife who refused that i study finnish and instead all she wats from me is work and work ....and yes i got a job and i am working and i dont even speak finnish ....once u have permit residence no one stop u from working , you can work legally.

after working then she wants all my salary plus her pay from the government ...she wants to be a queen and she wants to have me as slave , but did not work cuz patience has limit and now it is over.

i went to try to study finnish part time after finishing my relaitonship with her , i founf a course only 2 hours a week but they already started sine august , so i cant catch up with them as they r ahead of me .

my ex goal was to isolateme , so i cant communicate with pple , i cant talk to even to my child , she wanted to stopme from everything anf putme in hell box and live in it ....
now the scenario is different ...i am not going to let it happen ....and i will work hard and i will find more courses and i am getting there .....if i speak already 5 languages then the 6th one wont be a problem ....so i am looking forward to the day she seems talking finnish fluent .

life is tough mate when u r in new country , new pple , new culture .....u go through hell first but then later u start to adapot and adjust ur self bit by bit.....i am not oing to look back ...i have to look forward ....in the past i used to live with her and i had lot of pressure , every single night a fight , so my brain was not fuctioning properly ....i was confused , i did not know wat to do ....but now i am gettingmy brain back .....

now quesiton that i have and i am hopin to find some answers to them :

does my ex have right to stopme from going to the hospital and see my child?
doest she have all right to name the child as she wants with out my permission?
do i have right to know if it is boy or girl as she knows wat gender but she wont tellme , then how do i know ?

1) No, unless she has a court order that says that you are not allowed to come X miles from them.

2) She has the right to name the baby what ever she wants to.

3) She does not have tell you. And does it really matter? All that matters: The newcomer is healthy.

Two month ago you "guessed" your wife was pregnant because of the papers from the doctor. You couldn't see?

well she is not giving a birth yet , she will be in late january 2008. but i need to know my rights and prepare my self ...as she refusing to tellme wat gender is the babe ....my family are askign so they can send me gifts for the babe in the futre so they wat to know wat gender is the babe , but oviously in finland woman has right not to tell her husband wat gender the babe is ......

it is just after 6 months ,women do some sort of scanner and they know wat babe is boy or girl even still in their tummy , welcome to the technology my friend.

i called the hospital and they say :

Just curious as to what seems unbelievable to you? And, do you live in Finland?

If she has the baby and you are earning money, she can demand that you pay for the child. How much depends on how much you earn, but that is for a judge to decide.

now i understand what you mean by alimony , but hey if u read my previous pages , you know that she was married 2 times before me , with first husband she had a child with him and she lost custody of the child , and with my little investigaiton i discover that her ex husband at the time was living on social welfare .....so he was not even working ....and he got the custody of that child ...why is that Rinso? is it because he is finnish citizen too?
and she is the one who pay money every month for the child ...

when i asked her how come u lost custody of the child the answer was:

my ex husband family were very rich that si why ......dont u think it is very strange answer?

now she is not working , she is living on social welfare , so do u think now by having another child , she will get away from paying her alimony to the first husband who is finnish citizen and ask the foreigner to pay for both alimonies to the 2 finnich citizens lol?

just to update about my sad situation , my wife and i separated , she askedme to leave the house which i did , and now i live in a new place, after this separaiton for ocuple months i tried to speak to her , but she changed her address phone everything.she asked for divorce , and god know wat she told the police and how many lies , now police want to take my residence away from me even i have residence permit and i am gona be father in couple weeks.
her story is very clear now , all she wanted was to get a child and get rid of the foreigner man as she lost custody of the previous one with finnish man , so easy for to get custody from foreign man
does anyone know any good lawyer please?
