Yeah, so stressful, I thought that my case is straight forward, it's very weird and random....it seems that there is some internal criteria that we are not aware of, it's really a black box, and looks neither fair nor transparent :(
Not here either.

Our cases were simple that's why were taken up in 9 months but apparently not simple enough for decisions in 30 mins or few hours.
Hei all,

Received positive decision today ~16:30
Applied: 23rd December 2023
Diary number: 4th of Jan 2024 (didn't need to visit)
Moved to processing Tuesday 8th of October 2024
Decision made today Friday 11th of October 2024
Back ground:
came to work with RP type A
have a RP type P

Thanks all for this very useful forum.
I hope all get the positive decision in the very near future.
Congratulations 🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🥳🥳 I hope you have the happy weekend celebrating that you deserve!

Hi everyone,

I applied for the citizenship in January. I have a work contract which is my main source of income. I have also toiminimi, I don’t have an accountant and I do my taxes by myself. Would it be a problem later when Migri process my case? What do you recommend me to do?

Thanks for your help!

Nothing wrong with doing taxes yourself. Having an accountant is not a requirement with small toiminimi. I recommend you to relax and wait for Migri to contact you IF they need anything. :)

Now I wonder if I'm in the long queue. I got my dairy number on Jan 10th and am still at stage 1

If your ground is similar I guess it wouldn’t be the case. Prolly just cases are distributed amongst staff and whoever gets to it first.

I hope that's the case, let's cross fingers and hope for a decision by end of week

Hi I wonder was there any case when someone is on fast track, moved to stage 2 after few months and suddenly stuck there for 2 years (basically go to slow track)? 😅 I'm worried about my application
