Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
From my understanding from reading these forums, unless you go immediately into “processing” stage after visiting service point (meaning the migri person immediately staged it there), then once you go in the “processing” stage you should get a decision, or at least a request for more information, within a couple weeks to a month. So I would say give it a little longer since your case has not been in processing for too longphungxuanton wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2024 7:21 amsorry I mean fast queue vs slow queueehab101 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 15, 2024 12:36 amwhat is this fast track? Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
It's starting to look like I'm screwed. Applied Jan 5, diary number Jan 5, went to the fake In Progress on Jan 5, no Migri visit. Gonna be a long time

Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
Another contact of mine received their decision today. Here are their details:
Today I received positive citizenship decision, for those who are interested:
24.12.23 submitted application, no need for migri visit
05.01.24 got diary number
09.10.24 status changed to in progress
16.10.24 got decision.
I was not asked for any additional information, so hard to say why it took almost a week to get the decision.
