Finland-anti foreigners attitudes?????

Well it depends on you entirely.

To Finns, first impression is always the best. (depending on...).
City folk often grow tired of foreigners. The country side and church folk are very welcoming and no back stabbers really.
Show them you are genuinely interested in their culture(they know when you fake it).
Get a finnish gf/bf and pester them to teacher you finnish, finnish degrees wont do you any good.
Be frank and dont boast.
Try your best to say a few finnish words or learn the numbers and Finnish greetings.

These are just 5 months of my experience. All along this time , Ive never had negative experiences, misunderstandings perhaps.
