Hello, does anyone know if migri cancelled 9 months maximum processing time on rp on family ties? It's been 8 months 28 days and we have called them last week and she told us there is no maximum time, we told her that we have been informed it's 9 months max. and she was like "No, we can't say anything about it." and I went to their website to find that link they say it's 9 months and could not find anything.
Can anyone link me where it states it's 9 months max.?

It seems to be a law and I doubt that has changed. They probably have just removed it from the website. Maybe someone here knows how to find the relevant law and link to it.

Hello everyone, any updates from the last year's RP applications? We applied in December 2017, still waiting to be processed.

We applied in April 2017, entered the queue (waiting for processing) in June 2017, went to "In progress" in September 2017. And now, April 2018, it went back to "waiting for processing".

According to migri website yesterday, they have had some break on the enterfinland 13/04 so probably the waiting for precess comes automatically if they're fixing something...

My wife waiting now 7 months. No progress at all.Years ago when RP could be applied at Police Station everything went so much quicker. Nowadays hopeless .
