Hi

i need to know for the birth certificate for the child i am not a finish women! but my baby is half finish and he born in rovaniemi after that we have been to apply for baby certificate with social officer but they need to proof DNA my baby and father! so ok i let them proof that and proof is 99% but they need some thing more and that is my single proof paper! Well i need to know why do they need my single proof paper! i through the single proof paper it use for get married in finland right? and after that i give it to them with translate but it not end they need stamp from the royal embassy from my country as well! so what reson they need my single proof paper for? so some body can answer me please?

So you have Baby with Finnish man, but you are not married?
But he is co-operating otherwise, so I do not understand why you need any DNA proof? If he says the kid is his, then that should be enough.

You should need your passport and document from your national authorities that you are not married already, and you should have that document properly legalized. So again, what "proof paper" are we talking about?
