Well according to the thread...you have to do it by 18 months of getting your resident papers....Which ever ones they are...and it is just a straight swap...or after that 18 motnhs you have to do the Finnish test & get a Finnish license...Kai wrote:Hope not, i have been living here for 3 years and my uk licence expires in november and if i have understood correctly i have until then to exchange it.
