Just be yourself. Most finnish girls are on the smartside and they´ll only laugh the soul out of theirselves if you go with a prethought attitude, I mean, just be yourself. Most of the finnish girls, at least in Helsinki, tend to be a bit know it all so don´t try to be smart, they´ll propably outsmart you with their first sentence. Now, don´t get me wrong, girls in Helsinki are sympathetic, they usually are, and half the snob what they are in Sweden for example and this is the point in a finnish girl: there is a small cowgirl from countryside in each and every one of them. They do pity men too, so act cool but not snobbish and try to figure out some easygoing and universally accepted small talk themes to have a chat with them. Finnish girls hate to be posessed, don´t be predatory on them so don´t follow them around in the campus or where ever, just smack on them casually and invite them for a coffee or whatever in the campus (or where ever you are) cafe. Finnish girls tend to have certain distrust on men who are openly loudvoiced, huge in manners, pompous, and kind of selfsufficient. Finnish girls like to be treated like a woman, a Woman with a huge W! They know only too well (this is their opinion) that they deserve every bit of respect and level treatment there is, and why should it be otherwice? They too are usually the man in the family, get this straight, goes the saying ... Finnish girls go out too without their men, in a girlgroup, so get used to it. It´s not that you´re not invited (well, you´re not) but that´s the way it goes, they feel like they don´t belong to their men, they have their own personal life where a boyfriend has a very limited veto-right. This doesn´t mean they won´t come back to your place the next day and have a romantic lowlighted dinner with you and then ... and then ...

Well, I guess they are independent, menpitying Lara Crofts, but thats just the beginning. Get to know them, they´ll give you the trip of your lifetime!

Blimy!! whats the chance of a 49 year old bloke finding a wife in Finland. are they pro-ageism or anti-ageism? is Finland like the u.k, driving down the road of agiesim and pretending the older generation do not exist? they treat the older people here like they have a disease. its ok i know its fear, fear that the young will follow suit in a short span of lunar time.
