why it so complicated and difficulte.?
Because you are cheating the system by coming here on a tourist visa when you have no intentions of being a tourist, just looking for an excuse to stay here forever after you managed to sneak into Finland.
Go to your home country, make the application through the proper channels, and wait for your decision. If the decision is positive, you come back and live happily ever after.
Or you stay here and ask in a forum how you can manipulate the system to get what you want, resulting in you making applications based on something... and getting a no after waiting forever to get the decision.

The whole "idea" of a tourist "visa" is to come & go. It is not designed for come & stay. Thats why it is difficult. People abuse this so much some countries are now totally blacklisted its impossible almost to get a tourist visa from them.

ok I just wanna give you some information on the processing times
Processing times of residence permits
1.1. - 31.10.2010
Processing time in days 2010
Employed persons 65
Self-employed persons 149
Persons of Finnish origin 721
Students 25
Other grounds 63
Family tie, marriage etc. 243
Family tie, children 176
Family tie, others 554
Family members to Finnish citizens 190
On what grounds may a residence permit be granted?
A residence permit may be granted for study purposes at a post-comprehensive-school educational institution. Such institutions are mainly universities and vocational institutions. A residence permit can also be issued for studies at some other educational institution leading to a degree or vocational qualification
You must be accepted by the school first.
Students must be able to prove that they have at their disposal at least 500 euros a month or 6000 euros for a year.
After completing the studies, the student may remain in Finland if he or she can be granted a new residence permit on other grounds. The permit may be granted, for example for continuing studies within the same field or on the basis of family ties or employment.
A foreigner who has received a degree in Finland can also get a residence permit for search for work. The permit can be granted as an extended permit for six (6) months.
Which means at the end of the day, You still cannot get PR in Finland from student Visa.
If you marry a finnish in Finland, you may need to wait for 6months+ to get your Social ID no.Kela This visa is valid for 1 year and you would need to renew it after 1 year.
Getting a job in Finland is really tough as there are plenty of unemployed person around. Chances of you getting employed is very slim.
Well I hope you have by now submit the application for the Visas that you require in order to stay in Finland and good luck.
