Well they, for the most part if not entirely, are sent labor who have never been in the Finnish job market anymore than the positions they hold. So really Olkiluoto construction site tells precious little about demand of labor in Finland. Foreign constructions engineers in Olkiluoto signify diddly squat if that with respect to companies hiring domestically.
