Except that you prove hiring stupid foreigners is a risk to the company.
This is why your Country(if you even live here) has a multitude of problems concerning work and contracts.
Its because the odds say that most of the Workers here are trying to freeload in an attempt to use the contractual law to their advantage.
Stupid foreigners like myself just wok hard.Ive never been on a contract in my life until i had to come into this country , ive never heard the word contract more times out of so many peoples mouths in 3 months than i ever heard it in my whole life.
I dont even want a contract that binds my initiatives and due diligence to an employer to capitalize for himself alone. Why should i when i can get gain on more equal terms.

We even has some standardized statements in the work sites.
Dont just be a Finnish worker using Finnish standards, we would sack you if we could! Become an international worker using international work standards, you can start your own business.

I had a good come back to your post but i deleted it because it played your game.
All i can say is that every detail that i am involved with has AAA rating.
I think most foreigners(non EU) dont live in europe to be in the grey economy anyway.
Just to stay on topic, increased use of non TIN and unlawful employees is a direct result to clinical contractual statutes which muster up the ever growing misinformed freeloader workforce that this nation has to deal with.
Maybe its not so correct to say that the ground is fertile here compared to other places and we have gypsies jumping the fence, but its more correct to say the ground is fertile but some of locals are drunk or sleeping and there is work to be done, who will do it!
