Moving to Finland w/ Continuous RP and Mortgage?

Thanks for helping me understand. Still looking at some for sale flats that are in "better shape" than others, the premium forenom is charging doesn't really seem to be too much. To be frank I actually haven't found any comparable buildings to Uudenmaankatu 13 that has for sale units and rentals in them to make some better comparisons and calculations. The location and the state of the apartments both for sale and rent in uudenmaankatu 13, I just haven't found any others in Kamppi. But I do understand how the city is different from some other European cities even when I was there last summer and the lack of renovating out those old central Helsinki buildings into beautiful new apartments.
