I did not track it in such a detail. I checked enterfinland after receiving an email from migri and found out about the decision.

I received my Bday gift from Migri today
Applied on 9th Jan, received the decision in exact 4.5 months.. stayed 'in progress' stage for about 30 min.
All the best to everybody!

I thank for the sincere congrats so much!
I had applied with a total of 4 years A permit.. (2+1+1) so, I was not sure if my case will be handled as strong ties.. Before submission, I had questioned from Migri, and was told several A permits + language skills can be processed as 'strong ties'.. but still there was a question mark in my mind.. so relieved now!
I hope you will receive good news very soon!

I have no experience, but was your residence duration fine?

Hi
When I applied for my citizenship last year, my application was in 2nd stage for 1 month. But they asked for additional documents twice. Maybe that's why it took so much time to decide. I think that's ok to email migri and check with them if they need any additional documents from your side.

Hello,
Since there is a discussion now about the residence period, I would like to share mine to get advice from you. So I have applied to the citizenship after I had B permit for one year and 6 months and after that I had A permit for 3 years and 3 months. I have also passed in the YKI.
Do you think that this would qualify me to the "strong ties" case ?
Thanks!
